ICYMI, Lady Gaga has a new song (read: banger) out with Ariana Grande called “Rain on Me,” and she’s been posting about it a bunch on Instagram, as one ~does~. Well, she just posted a bikini selfie showing off her abs and some underboob that references her latest bop, and fans are losing it.
“I hear the thunder coming down ⛈,” Gaga captioned the new pic. In it, the “Stupid Love” singer’s flowy pink hair pours over her leather bikini, which shows a hint of underboob, and amazing abs.
Gaga looks super fit, and her Instagram followers definitely noticed. “Fierce,” one fan wrote. “This is ILLEGAL to be this pretty,” another said. And, of course, there were enough fire emojis to burn down Instagram.
Gaga doesn’t mess around in the fitness department. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, told Us Weekly that she does 35-minutes strength training sessions five days a week, and tends to get her cardio from her performances.
When she does her non-performance workouts, Gaga focuses on abs-boosting exercises like bicycle crunches, seated Russian Twists, reverse crunches, and dumbbell side bends. She’s also into skater lunges, overhead dumbbell triceps extensions, and lateral dumbbell raises, to work other parts of her body.
On top of all of that, Gaga throws yoga into the mix. “She does yoga whenever she can,” a source also told Us Weekly, “not just for the physical element but for the mental side as well.”
Clearly, all that’s working for her!
