No pants, no problem for Halle Berry. All the actress, 54, donned for her latest Instagram photo was a graphic tee with her musician boyfriend’s name (Van Hunt) across the front. She’s clearly a fan of the pantsless pic, Halle posted another snap to celebrate her 54th birthday, and her fans are here for all of it, including her toned, muscular legs.
She added a casual caption to accompany her chill snap: “That time I was Saturday Swingin’ with my man @vanhunt ✨.” Halle may skip her pants on the reg, but she does not skip her leg workouts.

The John Wick 3 star puts the time in at the gym to keep her legs and whole bod in such amazing shape. During her Phit Talks and Fitness Fridays on Instagram, she shares the tough workouts she does with trainer Peter Lee Thomas. And when it comes to the Bruised actress’s butt and leg workouts, Halle goes HAM.
She told Women’s Health in May that pre-pandemic, she and Peter worked out together for 90-minute sessions. But she has since cut her workouts, without losing any hard-earned muscle if you ask me. “Half the time our sweat sessions were just 20 minutes long,” she said. “If anything, I’ve learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt.”
“These days, I do yoga and stretch, I sprint fast, I work with my own bodyweight, weights, and resistance bands, and I practice martial arts,” she told Women’s Health.Halle has impressed her trainer with her hard work. “I had no idea what her age was when I met her,” Peter said. “I never looked or was interested in that, and when I found out, I was absolutely shell-shocked because she has the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year old.”
Halle’s healthy eating habits also play a key role in her health. She has followed a high fat, moderate protein, very low-carb ketogenic diet for years to help her manage her diabetes, she told LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.
Tbh, those are definitely the legs of a 20-something athlete. Halle is redefining what it means and looks like to be in your mid-fifties.
